Self-assessment

The PPG-LELEHA has been conducting continuous self-assessment processes over the years, primarily through annual mini-reports submitted by faculty and students, as well as regular meetings with professors, student representatives, and staff when appropriate. The results of these processes have enabled the establishment of short- and medium-term goals that have supported the Program's development and consolidation, both in terms of professional training and intellectual production, as well as its national and international visibility. This constitutes a fundamental dimension of our work, which has become more systematic and comprehensive in recent years, aligning with the self-assessment procedures implemented by the USP Dean of Graduate Studies and CAPES' Linguistics and Literature Area Coordination. Based on this experience, the Program organized its most recent self-assessment (2021-2024 period) following CAPES guidelines. The Self-Assessment Committee comprises Profs. Mônica Ferreira Mayrinck and Idalia Morejón Arnaiz; Prof. André Fiorussi, a program alumnus now faculty at UFSC; student Michele Costa; intern Diuliane de Castilhos; and staff member Edite Mendes Pi.
