DOCTORATE in Spanish Language and Spanish and Hispanic-American Literatures (interpretative model of acquisition/teaching/learning of Spanish as a foreign language based on complex thinking, 2006; MASTER'S in Semiotics and General Linguistics (Acquisition-learning of foreign languages), 2001; DEGREE in Letters (Spanish and Portuguese, 1982, from the Faculty of Philosophy, Letters and Human Sciences of the University of São Paulo (FFLCH/USP). She was a professor of Spanish Language in the Department of Modern Letters of FFLCH/USP, in the area of Didactics of Spanish Language and Spanish and Hispanic-American Literatures and in the Postgraduate Program of Spanish Language and Spanish and Hispanic-American Literatures of FFLCH/USP. She worked mainly on the following topics: acquisition-learning, teaching Spanish to adolescents and adults, education/teacher training Spanish as a foreign language, processing of Spanish as a foreign language, contrastive aspects between Brazilian Portuguese and Spanish, teaching resources and Complex Thought. | |

Bachelor's degree in Literature (Universidad Católica de Córdoba, 1963), Master's degree in Literature (Spanish Literature) from the University of São Paulo (1970), PhD in Literature (Spanish Literature) from the University of São Paulo (1973) and post-doctorate in Spanish Literature from the University of São Paulo (1993). Full Professor of Spanish Literature at the University of São Paulo since 1996. Retired in 2007, he continued to work in postgraduate studies as a senior professor. He was Head of the Department of Modern Literature at FFLCH, USP, from 2004 to 2007. He worked in the area of Literature, with an emphasis on Spanish Literature, working mainly on the following themes: Spanish Literature and Comparative Literature. |
